What is the maximum speed of JECHAM electric bikes?

Our e-bikes support multiple riding modes. The top speed reaches 50MPH, matching mainstream global road regulations. You can switch pedal assist or pure electric mode freely to meet daily commuting and outdoor adventure needs.

Can this e-bike adapt to off-road and bumpy roads?

Yes. All JECHAM bikes adopt shock-absorbing structure, durable frame and anti-slip tires. It performs well on urban roads, mountain trails, gravel roads and other complex terrains, supporting your all-scenario outdoor adventures.

Do I need a license plate to ride this e-bike?

JECHAM e-bikes comply with EU and mainstream international e-bike standards. No driver license or registration plate is required for daily riding in most regions. Please follow local traffic rules for reference.

Can I ride the e-bike in rainy days?

The whole bike owns IP54 waterproof rating, which supports daily light rain riding. But please do not soak the bike in water or ride in heavy downpour to protect core electronic components.

Battery & Charging

How long does a full battery charge last?

Under standard testing conditions, a fully charged battery supports 40-70km mileage, depending on riding mode, road condition and rider weight. Lower assist level brings longer battery life.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

It only takes 3-4 hours for a full charge. The battery supports quick charging, and you can detach the battery to charge indoors conveniently.

How to maintain the e-bike battery?

Avoid long-term full power or zero power storage. Charge the battery once a month if you do not use the bike for a long time. Do not expose the battery to heavy rain or extreme high/low temperature.

We support 30-day free return for unused products. If you receive defective products, we offer free replacement parts or full refund without extra cost.
